Pricing depends on your pet's size, coat type, and condition. Long-haired or matted coats, and larger breeds, may require more time and are quoted slightly above the base package price during booking or check-in.
Do prices include a consultation before grooming?
Yes, every appointment starts with a short check of your pet's coat, skin, and temperament so we can confirm the right package and flag any additional needs before we begin.
Are there extra charges for anxious or senior pets?
Pets needing extra patience, breaks, or gentle handling are usually well suited to our Wellness Spa package, which includes the additional time. We'll always confirm this with you before the session.
Can I combine dog and cat grooming for multiple pets?
Yes, we offer multi-pet appointments and can discuss adjusted pricing for households bringing in more than one dog or cat during the same visit. Ask our team when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and major cards at our Sharm El Sheikh salon. Payment is collected after the service is complete, once you're satisfied with the results.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not happy with the groom?
If any part of the service doesn't meet expectations, let our team know before you leave and we'll address it directly, such as touching up specific areas at no extra charge.
